We’ve put together some ideas of different ways to make you feel more like yourself again and, if you need it, there’s a list of places to get support too.
The booklet includes activities such as: getting sociable through Mario Kart and other apps; writing yourself a gratitude list to feel thankful; ways to get creative like upcycling or journaling; cooking, ‘come dine with me’ style; and looking ahead by rewriting your CV or doing something educational as well as much more.
